2. If you are unsure of how many hours your work will require to complete, please consult with me by using the Contact Form to Request An Estimate on your project. I will provide you with an initial free consultation to ensure that the work contracted will be performed quickly and by the most suitable of our team members.

3. If you have a fairly clear idea of how many hours of our services you require, please select a package, as listed below, by clicking on the accompanying email link to provide us with your contact particulars and a brief outline of your requirements. Our fee, when invoiced or quoted, is referenced in Canadian (CAD) Dollars. We are registered to collect 13% HST on behalf of Canada Revenue Agency. First Nations and/or band-empowered entities are required to provide proof of exemption.


A.  Light-User Service Package - 1 or 2 hours - billed once upon signing for service.

B.  Temporary Service Package - 5 hours - billed once upon signing for service, all hours must be used within 30 days of contracting with us.

C.  Moderate-User Service Package - 10 hours - billed once upon signing for service, all hours must be used within 30 days of contracting with us.

D.  Professional Service Package - 15 hours - billed once upon signing for service, all hours must be used within 60 days of contracting with us.

E.  Executive Service Package - 20 hours - billed once upon signing for service, all hours must be used within 60 days of contracting with us. Realize a savings of 10% off our regular standard rates.

F.  Major Project Service Package - 80 hours - billed once upon signing for service, all hours must be used within 90 days of contracting with us. Realize a savings of 15% off our regular standard rates.

G.  Monthly Maintenance Service Package - 20 hours - billed once upon signing for service, all hours must be used within 30 days of contracting with us. Invoices will be remitted to you at the end of the 30-day period for the next ensuing 30-day period. Invoices must be paid before service will resume for the next ensuing period. Realize a savings of 10% off our regular standard rates.

In some cases, incidentals, supplies (such as colour copies, photographic, card stock and other specialty papers) and other expenses, such as mileage charges for any out-of-town travel, are charged in addition to our service package fee.

Our relationship with you, the client, is the single most important thing in our business. This code ensures that our clients receive professional, prompt and efficient services for any jobs that you contract to us. Bedgeburry Park Executive Assistants will always:

1.  Maintain a high level of professional code of conduct and ethics;

2.  Conduct all business in a professional and efficient manner operating within all local, provincial and federal laws, rules, and regulations;

3.  Be honest and trustworthy as to the abilities, background or experience of myself and my team members;

4.  Respect the privacy of our clients and associates and warrant that we will not reveal personal, private or business proprietary information to any other party beyond the scope of and as necessary to adequately perform our services for our clients and associates, or to uphold any local, provincial and/or federal laws, rules, and regulations;

5.  Accurately represent what we do in all marketing, advertising and promotional material;

6.  Undertake only that work for which our team members are qualified and capable of completing within the time frame and price agreed upon;

7.  Deliver the contracted work on time with the highest quality of service and accuracy;

8.  Will not agree to any contract or sub-contract with any vendors or associates which knowingly may be in conflict with the interests of our client;

10.  Guard the interests of our client and advise him/her wisely and honestly.

How does working with Bedgeburry Park Executive Assistants really work?

An initial phone call or face-to-face meeting with you will be arranged, during which meeting an assessment of your needs is drafted. Full development of a plan to meet your needs will follow during which time it will be determined which members of the team are required for your project. We will meet again to discuss to the finalized plan. During that meeting we will enter into an agreement to provide the services required following which we will send to you a formal agreement along with our invoice for the block of time that has been set aside for your project. As soon as payment for the block of time has been received our team member will contact you directly to begin work. Most work can be handled remotely, if you prefer. Communication can be carried out via telephone, fax, e-mail, Skype, courier and instant messenger.

I will be in regular contact with you to ensure projects are being completed in a timely manner and that you and our assigned team member are happy with the arrangement.

As an executive assistant and owner of Bedgeburry Park Executive Assistants, I also am an entrepreneur. I will do my very best to ensure that you are satisfied with the work that my company and my team members perform for you and your business. If you are not completely satisfied with our performance, all efforts will be made to make it right!

You pay only for the services that you need and for the time that you require. If your work project is small, paying by 1 or 2-hour blocks is generally the best idea. However, for larger projects or ongoing work, it is recommended that you think about investing in one of our service packages.

Purchasing any package of more than 10 hours offers you a discount on the average hourly rate. Please take note that any hours purchased as a service package must be used within the time specified for that package. Unused hours will not roll over to the next ensuing month unless specified in the package description. If, for some unforeseen reason, your hours are not used within the time specified in the package description we will refund you the balance of the unused portion of your fee. We will also refund you the balance of any unused portion of your fee for any package of 20 hours or more when you notify us in writing to cancel our services.
